Offering tranquility, practicality and a pleasing aesthetic appearance, Sophia is hired extensively for workshops, seminars, staff meetings, retreats, mindfulness, meditation and yoga.

A spacious room with an adjoining fully serviced kitchen, and access to the gardens. For bigger groups.

A self-guided retreat space with access to the beautiful gardens. For personal use or small groups.

The Conference Room

Overlooking the garden, the Sophia Conference Room is a beautiful spacious room that is suitable for 80-100 theatre style or 60 workshop style.
Fees including GST are:
$230 (full day) $145 (half day or evening) and $80 for short hire (maximum two hours)

Audiovisual equipment enables Powerpoint presentations, DVD/TV/CD displays and music.

The Susan Sullivan Room

Fees including tea/coffee/biscuits are:
$40 (full day)
$25 (half day - either 9.30am to 12.30 or 1pm to 4pm)

After times and costs have been agreed, forward a completed Hire Booking Form and a non-refundable deposit of half the hiring fee.
Arrangements for payment for ongoing or extensive bookings can be negotiated.
