Sunday Buddhist Meditation
We are a non-denominational group, who meet for qigong, dharma talks, sitting and walking meditation and discussion. Our practice is influenced by mindfulness and commitment to a spiritual journey. Participants are encouraged to see themselves as their own spiritual authority.[253]
